We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back to us within this window.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To ensure a successful return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Tags & Liners: All original tags must be attached. For swimwear, the hygienic liner must be intact and must not have been removed.

  • Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Items with the hygienic liner removed or tampered with.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a clearance event.

  • Gift cards.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send items back without first contacting our support team. Follow these steps:

  2. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Origin Aisle will cover all return shipping costs.

  • Personal Preference: For returns based on personal preference (e.g., size, color, or "change of mind"), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

6. Refunds (1-5 Business Days)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

  • Timeline: The funds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 1 to 5 business days.

  • Bank Processing: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your statement.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
